Argonauts booted from Rogers Centre for October baseball

It's official: The Toronto Argonauts may be without a home the entire month of October.

The move to BMO Field cannot come soon enough for Toronto. A “home game” against the RedBlacks in *their* home stadium? On the bright side, the Argos are on pace to sell out their first home game since the 100th Grey Cup in 2012! (Um, does this count?)

The Blue Jays have not played October baseball since 1993, so this is the first time the Argos have been booted from their stadium mid-season. And if the Jays end up making it to the American League Championship Series, the games on October 17th and October 23rd could be in danger of being moved as well. The October 30th Argo game won't be affected if the Jays make the World Series, however, as that game will be in the National League champions' home ballpark.

By the time the season is over, there is a very real possibility that the Toronto Argonauts will have made it through the 2015 season with just five true home games. 2016 will be a very welcomed fresh start for this team and its fans.
